A good rule of thumb is to mix 8oz of liquid (we recommend orange juice) with a tablespoon and shake it until its mixed. Pour and enjoy.

Because Kratom is verry bitter tasting, we try to mask the taste by mixing it with orange juice. After drinking the mixed kratom drink, a chaser is needed to wash out the leftover residue inside your mouth.
